If a judge has a case and reaches a decision and later on there is something wrong with his judgment meaning an error or mistake. The judge will be held accountable and give to pay twelve times the fine he gave to the accused. thus he would be fired in a public way, and would never be able to work as a judge again. I study that this is a good natural law because in situations like this the judge shouldnt make water get on for error when someones life is on the line, so making mistakes should not be acceptable. This law could be and should be used in todays laws because judges do make mistakes. If we had this law It whitethorn encourage judges to be more careful in their rulings. I may besides decrease the amount of frivolous lawsuits. A judge would likely throw out cases that are baseless, rather than risk earreach the case and making a wrong ruling. This law may also further prevent judges from taking bribes because the bribes would have to be so much money it wouldnt be worth doing.



This would really force judges to be only unbiased; it wouldnt be worth their job because they had a preconceived feeling on a case.

Law 6: If anyone steals the property of a temple or of the court, he shall be edit to death, and also the one who receives the stolen thing from him shall be put to death.
If someone steals the belongings of the church or state, that person should be executed and also the person that receives or buys the stolen things from this person shall all so be executed.
